Service Design /Digital Product Design /User Experience
For more than ten years I have been helping companies from startup to multinational reach their goals by facilitating a user-centered design process in an agile environment. Clients include XING News, Hamburger Sparkasse, Haspa Next, Eventim, Fielmann, radio.de, pocketstory and Greenpeace.
As self-employed designer I work in the areas from product strategy to user research, concept development, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping and user testing all the way through to visual design. Ideally I like to build products in multidisciplinary collaborative teams. Kicking projects off with the design sprint method.
During my time off I co-founded the inaugural Hamburg Barcamp for User Experience “UX Camp Hamburg” in 2012 and spent my time co-organising it six times on a yearly basis in summer. I am a fan of Henry Dreyfuss, Tim Berners-Lee, Martin Cooper, Ella Fitzgerald and Haruki Murakami.
